Ross Michael Rolirad is Vice President and COO of Visionary Industrial Insulation.  Mr. Rolirad has been involved in the power, refining and petro-chemical industries for over 35 years.  The first six years of his career began in a chemical plant where he worked as a technician involved in mechanical, instrumentation and electrical maintenance.   Upon receiving his BS from the University of Houston, Ross moved into design and engineering and has assumed ever growing responsibilities:  Engineer, Senior Engineer, Principle Engineer, Supervision and Management.  Engineering experiences included a myriad of petro-chemical processes from Oil production Facilities to Refineries, Ethanol Plants, Offshore Platforms, Power Plants and related processes. Responsibilities have included design & engineering, process design, cost estimating, marketing, environmental issues, procurement, construction, troubleshooting and following projects to the field where he participated in operator training, plant commissioning and plant start-ups.  Mr. Rolirad has had other entrepreneurial experiences including importing products from Central America into the US and involvement in the fitness industry.   He purchased and opened up and operated five (5) fitness franchises in the state of Hawaii.  The industrial insulation business is a natural extension of his industry and entrepreneurial experiences.  Being so deeply involved in the petro-chemical industry for so many years, Ross has developed a deep knowledge of the industrial insulation industry and, a network of professional individuals throughout the US and Canada.
